We intend to promote and enhance cultural understanding among Trinidad and Tobago citizens, stimulating a thirst for culture and knowledge, by opening the lines of communication through dialogue and discussion. Weizahtrini Enterprise hopes to strengthen education, preserve and renew Trinbago’s culture, and promote peace and understanding among all people. We will open the door to new hopes, aspirations and opportunities, while celebrating our diversity and rich forms of creative expressions. Weizahtrini Enterprise is an instrument through which the hopes, desires and yearnings of life can be expressed. We are dedicated to intellectual enlightenment and artistic integrity. We will strive to foster and promote a love and appreciation of our culture, because Trinidad and Tobago is considered to be the cultural capital of the Caribbean. Weizahtrini Enterprise is committed to creating and establishing a sustainable environment for performing artists in Trinidad by promoting and using Arts and Culture as a tool to empower people, and by providing thought provoking programs to the public. Our mission is to bring quality, professional, family productions to the community at an affordable price, while building a network of contacts with international organizations who work in the field of Culture and Arts. Weizahtrini Enterprise’s programs are geared towards awakening the individual, especially our children who are the future, to their natural creativity and abilities. Our shows will teach respect, responsibility, integrity, compassion and self discipline. They will convey values and teach moral lessons, while inspiring creativity. Because the stage is a wonderful place to teach, our shows will be educational while still being entertaining. Through our broadly diversified performances, programs and series, Weizahtrini Enterprise hopes to reach every section of Trinbago’s Arts community, touching the needs of all ages, ethnicities and cultures. Through our productions, we will create new possibilities to animate the human spirit, enhance the imagination, and strengthen education. It is important to Weizahtrini Enterprise that our shows and performances are not just a passive listening experience for our audience, because the connection we make with them is critical to our own artistic growth. By offering contextualized programs we will promote critical thinking, creating uniquely rewarding arts experiences. Being a cultural organization means more than providing music, song, dance and theatre. It means presenting people with a wide spectrum of performers and speakers on a variety of topics, so that they can gain a better understanding of their own place in the world. By bringing diverse groups together, it will add to the educational value of our productions and deepen the overall experience for our audience. Weizahtrini Enterprise is on a relentless pursuit of excellence and professionalism in the Performing Arts society of Trinidad and Tobago. We will develop the artistic skills, communication skills and social skills of our performers through mentoring, seminars, conferences, festivals, performances and mini camps that cover all areas of the performing Arts. By providing in-depth training to our artists by participating in workshops, exchange programs and critiquing their live performances, Weizahtrini Enterprise hopes to reach this goal to ensure our artists’ quality of work, competence and professionalism
