【Circular Manufacturing】and 【Easy Recycling】- Flexible Packaging Trends Are Changing
In flexible packaging, especially food applications, multi-layer film of different materials is usually used to make packaging bags. In order to meet the needs of 【circular manufacturing】and 【easy recycling】, packaging materials need innovation. In response to this goal, material manufacturers have developed a 【single material multi-layer film】to replace the current packaging material of a different material film (for example: PET+PE) as the raw material for food packaging bags.
However, the melting point temperature of the inner and outer layer of a single-material composite film is relatively close, and the traditional bag making machine is sealed at high temperature, which often causes the materials to melt through or severely wrinkle at the sealing area. HCI continues to develop and modify the mechanism and control system of the bag making machine to suit this new generation.

【循環製造】、【容易回收】 - 軟性包裝新趨勢
在軟性包裝，尤其是食品的應用，通常是採用不同材質的複合膜包材來製作包裝袋。要因應【循環製造】以及【容易回收】的需求，包材需要創新。針對這個目標，材料廠商研發了以”單一材質複合膜”來取代目前異材質複合膜(例如:PET+PE)的包材來作為食品包裝袋的原料。
但是，單一材質複合膜的內外層材料熔點溫度較接近，傳統的製袋機在高溫的條件下封合，常造成內外層材料融穿或封合處嚴重皺褶。華周工業持續研發調整製袋機機械結構以及控制系統，來適應這新世代材料的製袋作業。
