亞壯照明累積了30年以上的光源設計與製造經驗，並將新的光源搭配至各式的照明燈具產品上加以與生產過程結合，匯集了許多非常豐富的實務經驗與優質的生產技術。

亞壯自1996年已成功開發並生產出白光的LED，而在照明的領域裡，LED之應用也變得越來越廣，隨著LED晶片效率快速地進步，LED的明亮度已大大提升，連帶我們的研發團隊更了解如何將LED導入產品。在2003年亞壯著手LED光源開發與測試的階段，之後在2004年，我們接了來自美國豪華遊艇承包商的首批SMD LED訂單，到了2005年以豐富的研發及生產經驗，我們開發並生產出一系列高功率LED照明產品。
隨著全球環境保護議題升溫，亞壯照明認為LED照明可以真正的做到綠能照明。除了擁有高光輸出率，節約能源，超長使用壽命，不產生熱量和紫外線輻射等有毒元素等特點，還有各種不同的色溫可供選擇，超低電壓和直流電增加

安全性，容易搭配種類繁多的電子控制功能，未來的20年LED將會在照明產業中扮演不可或缺的主要角色。

亞壯照明的研發團隊一直在努力朝高端LED發光體的方向前進，採用國際領先的80 Lm/w LED晶片封裝，KRI 180，並結合我們的燈具設計製造的專業知識，像是：高效率的散熱片和燈體結構的基礎，延伸至幾款高效率驅動器、控制系統和製造技術，並結合具有領導指標的台灣光學設計的透鏡，這些是我們的每一個產品的重要的組成因素。

Base from over 30 years luminaries design and manufacture experiences. Together with many luminaries developments to fit varieties of new light source and production processes YACG have gathering very rich and reality experiences and premium production technique. Since 1996 that the white light LED has been successfully developed and produced, the usage of LED in lighting field become wider and wider. Follow the rapid development of LED chip's efficiency, the LED brightness has been greater improved, which made our R&D team closely aware. Then, in 2004, we had launched the first order with SMD LED downlight supplied to luxury cruiser builder in USA. In 2005, we had developed and produced many series of high power LED luminaries with our enrich R&D and production experiences. Follow the strong awareness of global environmental protection, YACG knows that LED luminaries can be really achieved the stand requirement of Green lighting. Apart from high light output ratio (LOR), energy saving, extra long service life, no heat & UV radiate including toxic element; advantages of huge varieties color temperature for selection, extra low voltage and DC for safety, easy to match or include wide varieties of electronics control and feature, LED will play the major role in lighting industry for the next 20 years. YACG's R&D team have been working hard toward the high-end LED luminaries direction, using the international leading LED 80Lm/w chip packaging, CRI 80 and combine with our own luminaries design and manufacturing expertise, like high efficiency heat sink and body structure as our basis, extended with a few series of high efficiency driver, control systems and manufacturing technology and combine with the leading Taiwanese optical designed lens, these factors play the majority part into every products. In 2010, YACG has selected indoor LED luminaries’ series for this mini catalogue.
