One of the most common questions: what to wear on safari? Keep it simple— go for neutrals, comfort, and layers. I (Meaghan 👋🏼) personally find great neutral pieces at stores like Zara, H&M, Banana Republic, and GAP. Choose items you’ll wear again; I’ve been reusing the same stuff for years.

Mornings can be cool, but when the sun rises, you’ll want to shed layers. Blend in with your surroundings by wearing earthy colors. For outfit inspiration, check out my personal account and scroll through—you’ll spot the photos where I’m on safari.

Avoid wearing black and dark blue, as these can attract tsetse flies. Focus on earthy neutral tones to blend with your surroundings.

Consider packing utility pants, a utility jacket, tees & tanks, a wide-brim hat, boots, silk scarves, and polarized sunglasses for a cute and functional safari wardrobe.

Remember, the key is to stay comfortable and practical while embracing the adventure!
