Our service varies from cultural and wildlife safaris, Mount Kilimanjaro and Meru climbing and Oldonyo Lengai Matunda Tours was founded in 2000 by Tanzanian local, Unambwe Zephania Kaaya, a professional wildlife guide and community leader. Beginning as just small cultural tour company it has expanded over the years to offer a variety of wildlife, trekking, and cultural Safari programs. The project
has set on employing local tradesmen and guides within the Meru community, we now employ over 20 highly skilled and experience guides and drivers and provide them with ongoing training and development. We have over 10 years of experience in game drive safaris, climbing, cultural tours and many other adventurous pursuits. Whatever your goal whilst in Tanzania, we can help you achieve it. Peace Matunda Tours differs from other Tanzanian Safari companies in that profits are used to support Peace Matunda School and Orphanage and reinvested back into the project. It was first through this initiative that Kaaya was able to establish the school and orphanage.
