Grant's zebras are the most common species of zebra in the world and the ones you recognize from film and television. They are also fairly common in all National Parks, and you should have no trouble spotting them on your trip.

Threats: Lions, hyenas, wild dogs, and cheetahs are among zebras' natural predators. However, the largest threats to zebras are linked to human activities, such as hunting and habitat loss or fragmentation,

Day 6 is the climax and undoubted highlight of our adventure, as we scale the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. This part is very demanding, both physically and mentally, but the payoff is fantastic, as after 8 hours of intense hiking we make it to the highest point, Uhuru Peak (5895m), an astonishing place where we will allow you to admire the views and take photographs, feeling like you’re on top of the world!

We then begin our descent all the way back to our overnight camp of Mweka (3100m), and the finish the trip at Mweka Gate on day 7, hopefully weary, happy, satisfied and proud at having accomplished such a mighty feat.

Climbing Kilimanjaro is a true bucket list item – Mount Kilimanjaro, nestled within the book now so you don’t miss out on this unforgettable experience!

After spending the first night in the Machame Camp (2980m), the subsequent 2 days are spent traipsing and travailing around rainforest, moorland, and arid, rocky terrain, with overnight stays at both Shira Camp (3840m) and Barranco Camp (3950m).

Most days of this trip are devoted to helping everyone acclimatize to the very high altitude that we encounter, with ascents to higher altitudes during the day before descending to lower heights at night.

Highlights of days 4 and 5 include tackling the Great Barranco Wall and views of Heim Glacier above the clouds.

Kibo Volcanic Cone, the highest point on Mount Kilimanjaro, is where Kibo Huts are situated. These huts of Kibo offer both lodging accommodation and camp for climbers.

Kibo huts are frequently used by hikers using the Rongai Route and the Marangu Route before the last day to summit Mount Kilimanjaro.

The huts and camp are located on the eastern side of the Kibo volcanic cone of Mount Kilimanjaro.

There’s no denying that lions are one of the greatest hunters in the animal kingdom. They are close to the top of the food chain due to their intimidating stature and reputation. Generally speaking, lions pursue their prey using one of two approaches. The first is by following them around. If you own a cat or have ever seen a wildlife documentary, you’ve probably witnessed this behavior.

They primarily hunt by remaining inconspicuous for as long as possible as they get closer to their victim. The lioness has an additional benefit over the male in that their leaner bodies enable them to hide in the grass for a longer period of time. When hunting, lionesses cooperate by encircling their prey while keeping them hidden.

But ultimately, the prey will hear or see the lion coming, and then it will be a pursuit for them both. When the lion catches up to the victim, it uses its sharp claws to maul it, breaking its neck and rendering it paralyzed so that it can be transported back to the lion’s den.

Visit Tanzania 🇹🇿 , visit Mwanza region

The Bismarck rock is a precariously balanced rock that is located in Lake Victoria and the city of Mwanza. It is also a point where a statue of the late German Chancellor Otto von Bismarck was said to be erected, thus taking his name. The statue was later on pulled down into the water nearby, when the British took over from the Germans after world war one - but the name stuck. Since then, the rock has become a famous icon of the city, featuring in many photos for both locals and tourists

Tarangire national park can be visited all year round though the best time is during the dry season also known as the peak season in the months of June to October and December to February. During the dry season there is little rainfall in the park therefore roads to Tarangire national park will be easily accessible, vegetation will be thin which helps you to clearly view animals and most wildlife species will gather around the water sources to drink water hence offering breathtaking wildlife views and also an opportunity to take incredible photos.

Tanzania is noted for both the sheer number of wildlife available throughout the country and for the variety on offer. There are more than four million wild animals in Tanzania representing 430 different species and subspecies. The country houses some 20% of Africa’s large mammal population. Zebras, giraffes, elephants, wildebeest, buffaloes, hippos, antelopes and gazelles are common animals. Larger predatory animals like lions, cheetahs and leopards are also found. Along with the familiar African mammals are approximately 60,000 insect species, 25 types of reptiles and amphibians, around 100 species of snakes and many fish species. Birds are widely represented in Tanzania with around one thousand species including kingfishers, hornbills and flamingos.

Have you ever heard or seen these Cats Group family.
named ''serval Cat ".

You should know that they are being the most successful hunters of all cat species! These little cats are able to make a kill 50% of the time. Whereas lions and leopards are only successful in taking down prey 3 or 4 times in every 10 attempts. They are crepuscular – which means they hunt at dusk, and may also hunt at night.

This cat can move easily due to its slim appearance. Their appearance is distinctive tawny fur covered with black spots and bands. This is essential for stalking prey and protective camouflage against larger predators.

Servals’ large ears use as much as their eyes, being a radar dish to locate the prey. They listen for the movement of animals in the grass before they pounce!

Unfortunately, as with most carnivores, Serval Cat populations are at Least Concern according to IUCN Status.

They are not only suffering from loss of habitat but they are also destroyed when suspected of killing domestic fowl.
