BISMARCK ROCK

Mwanza’s icon, Bismarck Rock, is a precariously balanced boulder atop the lovely jumble of rocks in the lake next to the Kamanga ferry pier. The little park here is a brilliant sunset spot.

And the stone dances when money is placed, a MYTH??? come prove it WRONG😀

The Sukuma museum is one of the best of all time sites to see the cultures of the sukuma tribe in Tanzania. Sukuma means 'PUSH' in english but I do not think it has any clear meaning with the word.

Traditional places with huge DRUMS and people who dance with snakes too. And beautiful local huts with painted writings...You will enjoy and love this .

"The Rubondo Island"
I call it the Island of Researchers☺️

Rubondo can be accessed by plane from mainland Tanzania, affording spectacular views over Lake Victoria. Scheduled flights operate from many locations in Tanzania, including Dar es Salaam, Zanzibar, Arusha and also the Serengeti. It is also possible to fly here directly from Kigali in Rwanda if you wanted to combine Rubondo Island with a visit to the gorillas.

The best time to visit Rubondo is during the dry season, between June and October. December through to February sees a large number of migrant bird species visit the island so for keen birders this can also be a great time to visit.
