MEET AMOS -

CLIENT REVIEW FROM FEBRUARY 2024

:Amosi was the waiter for our group of 4. He is the most amazing, nice, and genuine person ever. He woke us up every morning with coffee / tea in our tents, brought us the water to wash up every morning and evening, and served us all of our food. He was constantly serving us food to make sure we had enough energy for our hikes. We got to know Amosi and all about his family and just want to say we were blown away with what a great guy he is. He made all of our meals enjoyable!"

- OWEN H

Amazing trip and amazing company!! I did the Lemosho 8 day route late August with one friend. We felt as though we were by far the most tended to individuals on the mountain by both guides and porters. The porters would always go above and beyond securing camps early, making sure we always have water and even giving us water and soap to clean ourselves off multiple times a day.

Our head guide was Cha Cha and assistant guide was Rogers, so many positive things to say about both of them. Cha Cha had to be the most motivating guide on the mountain, whenever I felt tired or demotivated a single meal or conversation with Cha Cha would have me feeling right on track again, in addition he always cared about our safety providing reassurance in medical checks multiple times a day and would always add humour to the days. Rogers was amazing also, always had good music and was friendly with everybody on the mountain including us of course (he would make an amazing head guide).

Finally. the food was amazing every single meal, if I ever opened a restaraunt I would definetly make sure to give Hassan a call.

An INCREDIBLE Experience with Gladys

I cannot say enough great things about Gladys and their exceptional team! From beginning to end, our adventure was absolutely remarkable. Diclan, our head guide, and Bazira, assistant guide, were outstanding— knowledgeable, approachable, and always making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the journey.

Our team of porters was absolutely amazing—they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I was truly impressed with the level of organization and the seamless system they had in place. Every single member took exceptional care of us, always with the warmest smiles.

It was clear that every member of the team truly cares about providing the best experience possible—I HIGHLY recommend Gladys for an unforgettable adventure.
.. Now, go climb that Mountain!

Today marks the final day on the mountain, filled with celebration and a sense of achievement. The team began with a joyful farewell party at High Camp, cherishing the moments and friendships forged during the climb. After the celebration, they began their 13.5 km descent to Mweka Gate, taking about 5 hours. The trail down was filled with laughter and reflection, winding through the lush forest as they neared the end of their adventure. Arriving at Mweka Gate, there was a profound sense of pride and accomplishment, knowing they had conquered Kilimanjaro and created unforgettable memories together.

DAY TRIPS

Sid at Kikuletwa Hot Springs

The Kikuletwa Hot Springs is certainly one of the most beautiful places in Tanzania - the hot springs are surrounded by fig palm trees and winding roots - a real hidden paradise. The crystal clear, turquoise waters invite you for a refreshing swim. Although called hot spring, water at Kikuletwa is not hot, but rather refreshing since the water source is from the Kilimanjaro Mountain itself.
