Sara, David, Briony, Anne & Jessica have had an incredible adventure here with us the last few days, they’ve been lucky enough to see the Big 5, including not one, but FOUR highly endangered Black Rhino in the Ngorongoro Crater yesterday. 😍🦏🦏🦏🦏😍

This is Sara’s second safari with us- they had such a magical experience the first time that they came back for more and brought some friends! ✨🐆🦒

Sara is the owner of a beautiful female owned and run company in the UK called Walking Women and we can’t wait to welcome the Walking Women group later this year. 🫶

We’re taking these guys to spend their last day with us at a local school that we help to support through our Luna Foundation and they’ve bought lots of books and supplies for the kids, it’ll be a wonderful way to finish their Tanzanian adventure. ✨🫶🥰

The adventure continues!

Briana, Oleg, Alex & Vera went for ultimate adventure and continued their safari right down into the Ngorongoro Crater - the world’s largest Caldera and one of the last remaining homes of the highly endangered Black Rhino. ✨🦏

After all that excitement a bit of relaxation was needed and just look at that view! 😍

The pool at Gran Melia Ngorongoro overlooks the crater- one of the wonders of the natural world and known as the Eden of Africa. ✨🫶

We’ve had this absolutely beautiful family here with us this week. ✨🫶

Briana, Oleg, Alex and Vera began their adventure with a unique walking safari in Arusha National Park. They’ve been face to face with Tanzania’s gentle giants and relaxed by the pool with the most stunning view. 🐘😍

With a stay on the rim of the epic Ngorongoro Crater tonight after a day in search of the highly endangered Black Rhino, we can’t wait to see the next chapter in their safari story. ✨🥰

Day 1 with Luna Safari 🦒✨

A beautiful introduction to the bush, yesterday we took safari guests Lisa & her wonderful family to Serval Wildlife - providing ethical, unique & up close wildlife encounters.

Today we’re heading into Tarangire National Park - home to 4 of the Big 5 and some of the highest Elephant populations in the whole of Africa…

From there on, we’ll cover:

✨ Serengeti - Awarded year after year as Africa’s greatest safari location

✨ Ngorongoro Crater - one of the last remaining homes of the highly endangered Black Rhino

✨ And Lake Manyara National Park - Famous for their ferocious tree climbing Lions and Once described by Ernest Hemingway as ‘the most beautiful I had ever seen in Africa’
