Nungwi is a fishing village located on the northern part of Zanzibar. The village is famous for the production of traditional Dhow boats. During the trip we will visit the Baraka Aquarium - a new large lagoon surrounded by corals. There are about 35 sea turtles in the lagoon - you will be able to swim with them.
SUNSET DHOW CRUISE
The best way to experience the glorious Zanzibar sunset. On a traditional wooden dhow with the wind in your sail and local snacks and soft drinks in your hand as you cruise along watching the setting sun cast gold and on the North Zanzibar coast.Whether you would like a romantic moment with your partner or just a fun evening with family or friends, we have different boats that can accommodate you. The sunset cruise leaves at 16:30 from our beach at Nungwi Beach or Kendwa beach, and returns around 18:30, just after sunset .

PRISON ISLAND & NAKUPENDA SANDBANK TRIP IN ZANZIBAR

Journey Zanzibar to Selous – Full-Day Wildlife Exploration – Afternoon Return to Zanzibar

Your adventure begins in Zanzibar in the morning, where you’ll board a small aircraft bound for the Selous Game Reserve, a renowned wildlife haven in Africa. Upon landing at Mtemere airstrip, our experienced driver guide will welcome you, offering an introductory briefing about your day’s itinerary.

Embark on an exhilarating safari drive, venturing through the vast savannah and along picturesque rivers and lakes. This experience offers a unique opportunity to witness a variety of wildlife, including large herds of elephants and buffaloes, as well as formidable predators like lions. Selous is also famed for hosting the largest population of African wild dogs, a rare and exciting sight for those fortunate enough to encounter them.

Around midday, you’ll pause for a scenic picnic lunch in a breathtaking spot that offers a panoramic view of the park. Post-lunch, the safari continues as you delve deeper into the African wilderness. Your exploration will conclude around 16:00, at which point you’ll return to the airstrip for your scheduled flight back to Zanzibar.

At 07h30 you will be picked up from your hotel to Zanzibar seaport to catch a ferry which departs Zanzibar at 09h30.

Around 12h00 you will meet with our driver at Dar salaam seaport to transfer you to Morogoro region and overnight at Flomi Hotel on HB

After dinner around 22h00, you will be picked up to Nyumbani Park Lounge till mid night

Day 2:

After breakfast, you will be transferred from Flomi Hotel to Solomoni Manhlangu Campus at Mazimbu to start a full day city tour.
