Kyiv suburbs after 2 months of liberation.
And I ask all of you, before saying to Ukrainians something "smart" and "wise" about war (ON YOUR OPINION) to stop. I swear, that before saying this - STOP doing it would be the best. Stop and say "I'm sorry". Or "How are you? Do you need help?" if you want to help.
Because people, which have no our war experience, are not able to understand how it is.
Because people, which weren't under shellings, are not able to understand how it is.
Because people, which didn't loose their family members and friends in a war as we did, and do every day, are not able to understand how it is.
Because you have never felt this fear, helplessness, hopelessness, despair, pain, and rage at the same time. THAT'S WHY YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT IS.
And I ask you again, before saying something stupid and wise for you, just shut up and say "I'm sorry" and "Do you need help?" if you really are going to help...
P.S. And after 2 months this location is cleaned, no burned tanks and BRDMs, it's demined, there are no corpse and private stuff throwing everywhere along the street and courtyards. The blossoming nature hides the ugliness of what happened also. It looks quite ok, if it possible to say that.

Lockdown in Kyiv since 20 of March till 9 of April
As yesterday our unpredictable government announced that in Kyiv city since 20 of March till 9 of April we are having a lockdown. In accordance to it, cafes, restaurants, bars will be closed for visitors, but you can have everything takeaway. Some places will work unofficially.
Shopping malls, museums, night clubs will be closed.
We don't have curfew, so we can do sightseeing tours without visiting museums. We can enjoy coffee, food, even cocktails takeaway (some places might have tables outside of the cafes).
We don't wear masks outside, but wear it when we go to the public places as shops, banks, transport.
Borders are open.
Hotels with restaurants in them will work as it worked before - from 7 am to 11 pm.
UPDATED: The rules of entering Ukraine has changed since 22 of March.

1. Everything works here. But with some restrictions. Cafes, restaurants, clubs are prohibited to work after 10 p.m. But unofficially some of them work.
2. As everywhere we wear masks.
While 8 to 24 (including) of January we will have so called "intellectual" lockdown. No curfew. While this period:
1. Cafes, restaurants, clubs won't work. And of course you can order delivery or food "to go".
2. Gyms, cinemas, shopping malls, won't work.
3. Supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, postal offices, beauty salons (by previous appointments) will work.
4. Hotels will work! Restaurants in hotels will work during 6 am - 11 pm.
5. Ski resorts will work!!!
6. Public transport will work, perhaps they will have some more restrictions.
7. Borders will be opened.
8. Airlines will work.
So, we and you can travel!!! And we can have sightseeing tours while this period))
The rules of entering Ukraine still the same:
1. All tourists need to have insurance policy with COVID-19 treatment coverage.
2. Then find your country in red or green color following the link in my profile.
If you are from "green" list, congrats, you no need to read more, as you don't have additional conditions to visit Ukraine.
For "red" countries you need choose 1 among 3 ways to enter Ukraine:
1) highly recommended! Do PCR-test in your country within 48 hours before entering Ukraine and no quarantine observation needed.
2) you can do PCR-test here by arrival and go for observation till you get your negative result. You can do this test at the airport by arrival, and get your result in 12-24 h.
3) stay at the hotel for 14 days of observation.
