Murchison Falls, also known as Kabalega Falls, is a waterfall between Lake Kyoga and Lake Albert on the White Nile River in Uganda. At the top of Murchison Falls, the Nile forces its way through a gap in the rocks, only 7 metres (23 ft) wide, and tumbles 43 metres (141 ft), before flowing westward into Lake Albert.

Murchison Falls, also known as Kabalega Falls, is a waterfall between Lake Kyoga and Lake Albert on the White Nile River in Uganda. Lake Victoria a.k.a Nalubaale in Luganda is one of the African Great Lakes. The Lake was named after Queen Elizabeth by the explorer John Hanning Speke, the first Briton to DOCUMENT IT.

Lake Victoria is Africa's largest lake by area, the largest tropical ( region of the earth sorrounding the equator ) lake in the world and the worlds' second largest fresh water lake by surface area, after lake Superior in North America.

The Rwenzori mountains, previously called the Ruwenzori range and sometimes called the mountains of the moon, is a mountain range of eastern equatorial Africa, located on the boarder between Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The rwenzori mountains reach heights up to 5,109 metres. The highest Rwenzori peaks are permanently snow-capped.
