It's season, and we have exciting news for graduates... we are now available for booking at the end of June! AND IFT students are no longer required to stay on base, so call us for single family housing or the perfect place to stay & study with a classmate. We'll see you this summer just in time for pistachio & hatch chilies!

Update on availability. We are currently booked through December 2023 with a short 2 month vacancy between April and June 2023. Let us know if you need somewhere for a short stay during that timeframe, otherwise you can expect an update next year as our availability changes!
