Here at the Cottages we are continuously reevaluating and adjusting our spaces to best meet the needs of our guests. It is hard to believe it's already been 8 years since we launched Cupples Cottages with Cottage 3!

After 8 years it was time to show the cottage a little love, as well as make some functional changes and improvements which we will be carrying through on future cottage refreshes.

We hope you like the new look of Cottage 3 with a primary focus on a redesign of the bedroom space. The bedroom now features all new furniture, vanity station, and Wi-Fi enabled Smart TV.

It's all ready to welcome guests for another 8 years!

We've grown from 2 vehicles to 7 including budget friendly economy cars to AWD SUVs. Well, while Santa and his Reindeer were probably wrapping up their big night at the North Pole, yesterday morning the Cottages got a visit from the Christmas Moose!

Only instead of leaving our guests presents, he ate our mountain ash, pee'd on our sidewalk, and took off! That's a very naughty Christmas Moose!

Oh well, here's to hoping he didn't visit your house yesterday as well!

As members of the Anchorage Assembly begin the process of considering a licensing program to monitor the short-term rental market such as Cupples Cottages , I'd like to express my appreciation to Assembly member Randy Sulte for taking the time to tour Cupples Cottages, understand what we do here and how we are benefitting the 3rd Ave community, and lastly review my five pages of comments on the proposed ordinance he is co-sponsoring.

We are pleased to announce effective today Cupples Cottages now offers free on site laundry to better serve our guests. We've terminated our contract with the coin-op service providers which means no more struggling to locate quarters!

Sometimes when you take a trip, not everything works out quite as planned. For instance, you might head out for your big adventure up to the glacier and accidentally leave the rental car's fob back at the Cottages and not discover it until you found yourself 60 miles out of Anchorage stranded at a gas station unable to restart your vehicle. (Isn't technology fun?!)
