Never Glaze a Posterior Crown Again with Realistic Results!!

Eliminating stain and glaze in the posterior has been a benifit to all parties. It saves time and money for the lab and gives a better product to the clinician. Polished crowns have been proven better for the mouth. Green state is the best way to polish ZR as it emerges from the sintering oven with a more natural enamel like finish. The alternative is a post sinter highly polished synthetic looking labor intensive crown.

Here is the Dynamic angulated screw channel off 4 implants finished. 3y tragonal zirconia opposing a denture. We like using the Dynamic ASC system because it only requires 1 driver for MANY implant platforms. It's a great easy solution to a complicated problem. Excellent for single unit anterior screw retained restorations.

Interesting case….Doctor wanted zirconia screw retained off 4 implants opposing a denture. Angulation of the implants was difficult. Multi unit abutments would have had the access holes out the facial. Didn’t want to use custom MUA’s. We used non engaging Dynamic ASC (angulated screw channel) Ti bases to correct the access holes. Polishing in the green state ensures a stronger better restoration. This is 3y tetragonal zirconia.
