Hi everyone!

Here are the long awaited upgrades to cozy cottage that we've been so excited to share. We added a patio set and a new paddle boat! We also changed the look of the entrance. We are looking forward to having our future guests enjoy our new accommodations!

We have openings June 17-27 for people to book anytime of the week, does not need to be a week/weekend! We also have September 9th on, available to book any days as well, doesn't need to be week/weekend! Don't be afraid to stay in the fall, the lake and surrounding areas are beautiful during that time! It is also close to the snowmobile trails in the winter!

Looking for a weekend get away we have June 14th-17th and the 21st-24th open.....labor day weekend is also avaliable!!!!

Hi everyone we have a few updates on cozy cottage.....for starters we are in market place jail again and it doesnt look like we will be getting out(lol) apparently that is not the place for vacation rentals and I should be running an ad instead. With that being said the summer is booking up nicely with all of July booked!! We still have all of May open and for June we have May 31st-6, 14th-20th & 21-27 and August 23rd-29. Wide open after that except for September 7th for family.
We are in the process of a few more upgrades that I am very excited about. I think it will give families a nice cozy place to visit outside. Thank you to everyone that has booked we really think you will enjoy it and we look forward to your stay!!!

As I see many snowmobiles out this weekend it make me think how convenient our place would be for people trailering in from out of town. We are just a short ride to the trails and plenty of room to park a trailer.

To give a better description for anyone new to our rental, here are the things we have to offer......it is a 2 bedroom 1 bath. One bedroom has a queen bed the other has 2 twins that can push together to make a king. There is also a loft with 2 cot size mattresses (kids enjoy staying up there) we have a pull out couch and a couple air mattresses and linens for all beds. We have streaming tvs in the bedrooms living room and sun porch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking and table settings. We have a microwave airfryer dishwasher and washer&dryer. The house is set on a bit over an acre of wooded land with a firepit hammock picnic table and gas grill. We have a row boat canoe paddle boat and 2 kayaks located at the beach area which is a 5-10 min walk (you can also drive) Our community areas have a small playground basketball court baseball/kickball ball field docks for fishing and a small beach area for swimming. There are many places to explore either on foot bike snow shoe or cross country skiing. We look forward to you booking your family vacation with us!!

I have searched everywhere on my phone to find pictures of our boats that are on the beach and can't find them.....we have a paddle boat, canoe, row boat and a couple kayaks avaliable

Renovations are complete and ready to start taking reservations. We have added many new things to the cottage this winter. We now have internet and streaming tvs in all the rooms. In the kitchen we added a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. There are many other things added to each room to make your stay more comfortable. Rentals will be the same as last summer....weekend (friday-monday) or weekly (Friday Thursday) with weekend being $500 & weekly being $800. I can have more flexibility on those days until memorial weekend if needed. We are starting summer reservations by the week only, until memorial day and then will open it to weekend reservations with what is still available. Come out and enjoy the peaceful area as much as we do!!!!
