Our Story

Established in November 2008, The Pipette Solution is a certified, licensed and insured, woman-owned small business that performs on-site & mail-in pipette calibration and repair services in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina & Texas. In January 2019, we achieved ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accreditation. The Pipette Solution is an active member of GeorgiaBio and strong supporters of the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science Georgia Chapter. The Pipette Solution also consults with laboratories as to their pipette needs and will sell refurbished pipettes to help find cost effective ways to keep them running efficiently. We understand you are busy, so we offer a concierge service in connecting you with the manufacturer when needed, at no extra charge.

On-site and mail-in services are available for your convenience. We offer a one year guarantee on all of our work, parts and pipettes. While calibrating, we use our own 5-place Mettler balance. Each pipette receives preventive maintenance according to its brand and is calibrated according to the ISO 8655 specifications. We service all brands of single-channel pipettes, multi-channel pipettes, electronic pipettes, repeaters, and bottle toppers. All documentation is NIST traceable and complies with GLP, GMP, CLIA, FDA, CLSI and CAP.

The Pipette Solution is determined to find a solution for you. If we cannot repair a pipette, we fail the pipette and return it to you at no charge. We will then review available options for that pipette and connect you with the manufacturer for a repair or trade-in.
