While we love helping you get great stays for a good deal, there are certain days/holidays that are considered peak travel times. These dates are NOT available for our guests.

For those interested in either Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge or Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains here is a list of blackout dates.

Club Wyndham Great Smokies Lodge, Sevierville, TN (this is at Wilderness in the Smokies with the indoor water park):

-Spring Break March 8-April 14, 2024

Club Wyndham Smoky Mountains (this is in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, but does not have the indoor water Park)

*General Reminders*

-It is cheaper for us to book 60 days before travel
-It is cheaper to check in/out on a week day, weekends are more
-Paypal, Venmo, check, cash are accepted
-We will email you with confirmation details, once booked
-If you have to cancel your trip, it must be at least 16 days before your trip to avoid losing your reservation/money
