Puppets Playing Pretend presents original adult and children productions for theatres, festivals, events, and birthdays. Currently in Adult Repertory:

"No Number Left Behind"

A toy theatre piece about the Atlanta Cheating Scandal and the affects of politics in the school system. A short piece with a run-time of 8 -10 minutes. Currently in Children's Repertory:

"Hansel & Gretel: The REAL Stor

y"

The version Hansel & Gretel wrote themselves! Kids help the MC with her bad day and assist in opening the book to helping an unfortunate hairy monster actor with tickles. When Hansel & Gretel find a house made of candy the audience helps them eat it. "Can you believe you're eating a house!" And as Hansel and Gretel find what was in the witch's special wooden chest after they've cooked her in the oven. They share their findings with the funny woodland creatures sitting around as they skip home. Avaliable for Festivals, Events, Birthdays, and anywhere puppets are needed. Cost based on travel and time at event.

Wowie, the 2018 Atlanta Fringe Festival! sure knows how to throw a party! The festival starts tonight and "The Misadventures of Beatrice T. Brave" opens tomorrow night at 11:00. The lovely Sarah Ackerman and Jamie Lynn Perniciaro will be helping Bea figure out what her powers are and not get hurt in the process!
