conducts Life Skill training for teens and adults concerning finances, self esteem, depression, leadership, stress, anger,organization, healthy realtionships etc. Curriculum's are created for corporations for life skill training. As well as, counsel individuals who are morbidly and super obese. I am a life coach and self esteem expert for the obese. I use my experience of once weighing 450 pounds
