🚶 Day 1: Arrival and Iconic Landmarks
After arriving in Paris, kick off your adventure by exploring some of the city’s most iconic landmarks. Visit the Eiffel Tower and enjoy stunning views from the top or relax at the nearby Trocadéro Gardens. Stroll along the famous Champs-Élysées and climb to the top of the Arc de Triomphe for panoramic views. End your day with a peaceful walk through the Tuileries Garden.
In the evening, enjoy a classic French dinner at a local bistro and try dishes like duck confit or ratatouille.
🎨 Day 2: Black Paris Tour & Montmartre Exploration
Begin your day with a Black Paris Tour, a guided experience that highlights the contributions of Black artists and intellectuals like Josephine Baker and James Baldwin. This tour offers a unique perspective on Paris’s cultural history.
In the afternoon, explore Montmartre, known for its artistic charm and bohemian vibe. Visit the Sacré-Cœur Basilica for beautiful views of the city, then wander through Place du Tertre, where local artists display their work.

Dedicate your third day to exploring some of Paris’s world-class museums. Start at the Louvre Museum, home to famous works like the Mona Lisa and Winged Victory of Samothrace. Head over to Musée d’Orsay, which houses an impressive collection of Impressionist art. Wrap up your museum day at Musée du Quai Branly – Jacques Chirac, which focuses on the art and cultures of Africa, Asia, and Oceania.
End the day with a relaxing Seine River cruise, offering scenic views of Paris’s landmarks illuminated at night.

In the afternoon, visit some Black-owned shops in the area, such as Maison Château Rouge, known for its bold and colorful designs, and Little Africa Paris Boutique, which features art, books, and products by African and Afro-European creators. Take a break at Louma Salon de Thé, a cozy Black-owned tea shop, for a relaxing solo traveler moment.
🌿 Day 5: Day Trip to Versailles
On your final day, take a short trip to the Palace of Versailles. Explore the opulent palace, including the Hall of Mirrors, and stroll through the beautifully landscaped Versailles Gardens.
Return to Paris for a farewell dinner at New Soul Food, a Black-owned restaurant offering a delicious fusion of African, Caribbean, and French cuisine.
