Attention to all of the fans of our business. We are closing our bike business and moving on to other avenues. That being said we are getting ready to sell off everything we have left over. We have an original Dyno stretch frame bike with custom mode unfinished, a pile of motorbike parts like wheels, drive sprockets, bike chains, motor chains, carburetors, gas tanks, cables, a mini bike chopper and much more. We would like to sell it all together for 600.00. First come first serve. A deal worth getting if you have a love for bikes as we have. Mounted the 212cc Predator engine, painted and drilled the new fenders, and installed the throttle and brake leaver. Next I'll need to upgrade the carb, replace the gas tank and throw dual exhaust pipes on this beast!

Our latest project, a 4-Stroke motorized Texas Longhorn bike! This beast belongs to a customer of ours who originally had us build him a similar bike with a 2-stroke engine. His original bike was stolen and the horns were ripped off and left behind. He brought the horns back to us with the painted frame and wheels. I added the skull as per customers request. It is a fun ride and gets LOTS of attention.

Gearing up for a dramatic overhaul change to my pride and joy. Tearing it down for a 3 month project that will be hopefully the best work ive ever done. Ill keep the updates coming as progress comes

New Krueger Kustom Motorbike build. This motorbike was customized for a customer who sent us a picture of the bike she wanted it to be modeled after. She also requested a vinyl of Rosie the Riveter on the gas tank.

Once the silicone putty cured, I removed it and re-stained the teeth to keep the illusion the jaw was still separate and enhance the outline of the teeth.

Once the steering stem was bolted, I mounted it to the bike. Once mounted I attached the bottom jaw using a rubber band. I then needed to make the jaw a permanent part of the skull. Using Silicone Putty I was able to mold it to the front of the teeth so the urethane plastic would not leak through and perform a strong, permanent bond.

Collin asked that we add a skull to the horns. I removed the horns and leather from the wood they were mounted to. I measured the diameter of the wood and cut a hole on either side of the skull. I mounted it and cut out the bottom so I could install the steering stem hardware.

The Longhorn bike we originally built was stolen days after our customer Collin picked it up. The thieves ripped the horns off and took the rest. Collin found the horns on the ground and returned them to us with a bike he had painted like the original and a 4-Stroke engine to be installed. Below is a picture of the original. As I build the new version, I will be posting my progress step-by-step.
