My name is Hali Panella, I knew I was in love as soon as I got off the plane. Italy, and Florence in particular, is exactly where I wanted to be. I figured out how to pack up my life back in the United States and moved on over! It helped that I had met the man of my dreams, who I am lucky enough to call my husband, Daniele Panella. Daniele is from Florence and was equally as passionate about showing people the incredible beauty, fun and rich traditional culture of Italy. He worked at NYU for years, helping students enjoy their stay and teaching them about the cuisine and culture. In the meantime, I worked in the tourism industry, which allowed me to share my passion to travelers visiting Italy from all over the world. We decided to venture out on our own, with Hali's Italian Travel because we wanted to create something truly unique and more personalized than the usual experiences of just clicking and buying off a website. Not only do we consult about every aspect of your trip, but we will book as little or as much of it as you would like - from boutique hotels, to tours, railway services- or for the more extravagant traveler- even custom helicopter rides!
