Troy has a working knowledge of Texas Law, Firearms, Defense Tactics, and Conf

lict Resolution that he can teach to others in a manner that is easy to understand. Troy is a certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety as an Instructor for the Concealed Handgun Licensing Course. Troy became certified as a CHL Instructor so that citizens taking his course would understand the legal issues concerning carrying a concealed weapon, be confident in carrying a concealed weapon, be mentally prepared to carry a concealed weapon, and know what to do if ever involved in a critical incident.
