On a personal note: My kiddo Macy is fundraising for High Adventure Scouting! I'm always on board for supporting youth programming that teaches leadership and independence!

Here’s her message:

In 2023, I went to West Virginia to Bechtel Summit & whitewater rafted for 7 days! This summer I hiked for 12 days and 86 miles at Philmont in New Mexico! These trips have been life-changing, and my goal is to attend all 4 high adventure bases before I turn 18 and earn my Eagle Scout rank! Next summer I'm headed to Northern Tier and the boundary waters of Canada for a 7-day canoe trip and a 5-day scuba trip to the Florida Keys. I'm trying to pay my own way through popcorn sales and scholarships! Any help you can give is appreciated!

Here's how to support Macy through Popcorn sales. She earns 30% of the cost and the rest goes to our all-girl south Austin Troop 19, our local council and national!

Gullett Elementary Coming on Board!

We're super excited to be starting at Gullett Elementary on Thursdays after school this Fall!
