We’re Ryan and Kate and we have lots of family and friends in Austin and in the Lakeway area particularly which was great for us with the lake, river, hiking trails, etc. Then we were so blessed when we found our dream home here nestled in the oaks and right near the river. It needed some work and with tool belts on we’ve done a lot so far to make this place feel like our little (not so little) co
ttage. We did all of the renovations ourselves (with a little help, but mostly ourselves, I promise!) and still have so much planned for the property. But sadly we have to travel a lot for work and can’t always be here, but that gave us the opportunity to let other families come and enjoy our home while we’re away! Spend some time in the Lone Star State in a serene natural oasis. Perfectly outfitted for the whole group, this 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home offers space to beat the heat, both inside and outside.
