And another kudos from me - he took my virus-infested laptop and cleaned it up beautifully a few years ago. The bill? Incredibly reasonable, and about 1/3 of what I would have expected it to be.
Recently, that laptop died a very painful death (but I saw it coming, so I backed that sucker up before it went out completely). I called Tim to see if he could fix it. Instead of taking the laptop and charging me to look at it, he told me over the phone (no charge) that it wasn't worth replacing the mother board on a laptop (the internal power supply died), and to just buy a new one. He even told me where the best deals were, and what to look for. He has my business for life.
