Bite Damage! After cleaning this tooth at home, the Espinoza family found the tooth's dental impression in an associated bone.
Fact: A lot of the bones we find have some sort of feeding damage, gnaw marks and scratches. Some have tips of shark teeth broken off inside.

We're Back! It was a long, hot summer, but we kicked off the dig season last weekend with some new, and familiar, faces.
