Note: There is no dishwasher at the house. Guests are responsible for washing their own dishes. Check-in after 4 pm; Check-out by 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be honored when possible. Late check-out without pre-approval is subject to a $100 fine. The property offers self-check-in. You'll receive a code that is unique to your group the before 4 pm on the day you're expected to check-in. You'll use that code to un-lock and lock the front door. Required to Book: The person booking the reservation must be one of the people staying at the home and will be required to provide a copy of their photo ID and a valid email address. A contract will be sent via email. For your reservation to be confirmed, all requirements must be met, contract signed and returned, and a deposit must be received via PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, Cash or Check. Cancellation Policy: If a guest cancels their reservation more than 30 days from their check-in date, a refund of any rental fees paid will be refunded within 5 business days. There is no refund offered if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days from the check-in date, with the following exception. If a Guest wishes to cancel their reservation less than 30 days prior to their check-in date, or at any time during the rental period, they hereby agree to provide payment, in full, for any unpaid balance to the Total Rental Fee herein. If Homeowner(s) are able to re-rent the property for any dates within the original occupancy term, a refund will be sent for those days within 5 business days of receipt of monies received from the replacement booking.
