Here in South Louisiana, one thing serves as an integral part of our culture; bringing people together from various cultural backgrounds, economic statuses, religions, and even "opposite sides of the tracks" all for one purpose: EATING! Beyond taste, what you eat should LOOK like something you can't live without! A good meal should be satisfying, fulfilling, healthy and presented to you in such a

way that you feel like royalty - as if it had been "designed" just for you! Our Special Ingredients make the difference! We serve each meal as if we were serving it to our own family and when people taste our food, they often say to us, "There's a LOT of love in this food!" We also hear, "That tastes so good. I've had [this] many times before, but never like this!" Sure there are different methods and ingredients we all use, but there's one secret ingredient or rule that we live by, it's this - Fresh is ALWAYS best, and Salty does NOT = Flavor! We live for the smiles on the faces of those we serve, so we go the extra mile to ensure we use only the freshest ingredients, EVERY time!
