After graduating with a Bachelor of Architecture, Chad decided to join his dad as co-owner of Alfred Roper Construction, Inc. Their reputation of being detail-oriented, hard-working and honest contractors has expanded their business over the years from St. James Parish, throughout Ascension Parish and to Baton Rouge, where they continue to build beautiful custom homes of all sizes. With Alfred’s recent retirement, Chad continues his legacy as an honest, hard-working contractor focusing on every detail, inside and out. And, just like his dad, Chad develops relationships with his clients, architects and subcontractors that are based on mutual trust and respect.
