A great time to visit NC beaches is during the NC Pacific Arts Festival. You could enjoy an experience of music, dancing, food and plenty of souvenirs. Oh, did I mention admission is free for 2 days. Don't miss next year's festivities. The dancers are of all ages. Children to adults.
