Meet Chas W. Ball, the man in which this magnificent farmhouse is named after. Our 1897 farmhouse was originally built by C.W. Ball.
C.W. Ball was a timber estimator for the local area and it has been noted that both he and his second wife, Nettie (also pictured below), were instrumental in the organization and construction of the local Methodist church and parsonage.
We hope to continue to learn more about both C.W. Ball and the house itself with the research help of our friends at Bellaire Area Historical Society.

*Also photographed below is a 1979 Bellaire Bicentennial Newspaper ad of the house for sale for the first time since C.W. Ball built the house.
