☘️☘️Delta to launch Dublin service from Minneapolis-Saint Paul
Customers looking to get a jump start on their 2024 summer travel plans have the luck of the Irish on their side: Delta is introducing a new route from Minneapolis-Saint Paul (MSP) to Dublin, Ireland (DUB).
With the addition of this route, which will operate five times a week starting May 9, 2024, Delta will offer seasonal service to the Emerald Isle from three of its U.S. hubs – Atlanta, Boston and Minneapolis – in addition to year-round service from New York-JFK.🍀🍀

For those traveling to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, please note this requirement:

Passengers must fill out the E-Ticket Dominican Republic form for arrival and again for departure. The system will generate 2 QR codes (one for arrival and one for departure). The government of the Dominican Republic recommends filling out the form up to 72 hours before arrival (but prior to the flight’s departure), and printing or making a screenshot of the QR code to keep on hand until arrival, where it will be scanned by the authorities when passengers go through Customs. Before your trip submit the appropriate documentation here. Passengers who fail to complete the E-Ticket online prior to arriving in the Dominican Republic will be denied entry.

Airports will perform a quick, aleatory breath test to a percentage of passengers, and all those who present symptoms, upon arrival. Passengers under the age of seven are exempt from this procedure. Passengers who present a vaccination card no less than 3 weeks after the last dose was placed or a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in the Dominican Republic will be exempted from the random test. All passengers will also need to perform a temperature check.

Please note the following:

Masks are required to enter all airports in Mexico, including when arriving in the terminal from a flight that originated in the United States. Law enforcement in Mexico will not permit passengers to exit an aircraft without wearing a mask. The government of Mexico requires all incoming visitors to complete a paper immigration form prior to being permitted entry into the country. This form will be distributed by flight attendants and should be completed during your flight into Mexico.

The Government of Jamaica and the Ministry of Health and Wellness have not revised or amended the current Covid-19 protocols to include a recovery letter from a doctor.

At this time, what are required are negative PCR or Antigen test result within 3 days of travel date and a valid travel authorization document for entry into Jamaica.

NOTE: this is also true of many other Caribbean destinations - please contact me if you have questions.

PLEASE NOTE both requirements if you have had Covid 90 days prior to departure!

A COVID-19 viral test is required no more than one day before you travel by air (regardless of vaccination status or citizenship) into the United States from an international destination. Travelers must show a negative test result to the airline before boarding a flight. People who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may instead travel with documentation of recovery from COVID-19. Documentation of recovery includes a positive viral test during the past 90 days AND a signed letter from a healthcare provider or a public health official that states you have been cleared for travel. You will also be required to confirm that the information you present is true in the form of an attestation. These requirements do not apply to children under 2 years of age
