Do you recognize this tunnel?

When I first lived on North Forest years ago, I was excited to be close to the arboretum. After hiking in there twice, I felt very weird feelings and even some odd breezes. It has been years since I have gone back.

Upon recent visit I didn’t feel any of those sensations, and looking forward to visiting again!

It was a very heavy journey through Hiroshima. From the Atomic Bomb Dome to going through the museum, it’s hard to imagine what that experience could have been like for anyone to go through. While difficult, I believe it is a very important part of the world’s history that everyone should encounter/learn about on some level.

Japanese cemeteries

Usually found around Buddhist temples or Shinto shrines, the stone towers that honor loved ones are packed closely together, as no bodies are buried in the cemetery. Some markers will hold cremated remains, often with other holes to add flowers or any other offering from the living.

These pictures here are from the pilgrimage trail of Tennoji, a path that winds through the heart of Osaka with many shrines, temples, and cemeteries packed closely together.

It’s time to go on break!

Thank you to every one who participated in any BGT event during its first year!! I am so incredibly grateful to this little adventure as it’s momentum continues to build. As tours will continue, be on the look out for future psychic education events and reading possibilities.

It’s time to go on hiatus and play in Japan for 6 weeks, and then tours will resume Memorial Day Weekend 2024.

I am soooooo excited to finally announce, The Downtown Ghost Tour is here!!!!!! This tour has been in the works for the last few months, and I’m beyond excited it’s ready.

The tour will start and end at located in the old JC Penney building on Cornwall. Have a cocktail as we wrap up in the spooky basement of the distillery, where many haunted happenings have occurred. (Drinks sold separately)

Ghosts on the ghost tour!!!

Last night, on the 8pm tour, we were just wrapping up at the Fairhaven village green. I was engaged in conversation with someone, and I thought I felt a tugging at my coat. When I looked down, I saw that my zipper cords were hitting my visual aids that I carry. I thought nothing of it and moved on with the tour, assuming I had found the culprit.

At the very end of the tour. A gentleman came up to me and asked if there was ever any happenings at the village green. I told him I was unaware of any stories, especially in the outside there. He then told me that he felt a tugging on his clothes, as we were standing under the awning in front of Colophon/Village Books. I was so surprised by this, as it made me recall the tugging that I felt. Another tour goer joined our conversation, and said they had felt a tap on the head as well.

This is the first time that we have had multiple shared experiences on a tour! How exciting!!!

It is also a fantastic reminder to trust in what you experience! So many paranormal happenings are very subtle like that, where it can be easy to brush off.

Aaaah the Ouija board.

Do you know what movie made this tool demonic? And a portal to hell? (Answer at the bottom)

I’d like to acknowledge that the Ouija board is just that. A board. A tool. Nothing more, nothing less.

If you are looking for ghosts, using a digital voice recorder, EMF meter, even downswing rods, are all tools. They are not inherently evil. Using any of those devices is the exact same as using a Ouija board. What matters is your intention, and the beliefs that you hold.

If you choose to play with one, I always recommend having solid boundaries, and be wary of who you are inviting in.

I have nothing to say but thank you, to all who have participated in the last year. It has been such an adventure and I’m excited for what’s to come!

I am hoping to announce some new things very sooooon…. In the meantime, tour dates for January are up!

Over the weekend I went to the Northern State Hospital grounds to try out a new device!

The Ovilus (from ) is a device that lets spirits give specific words to the living. While I didn’t have anything definitely intelligent respond, there were a lot of words that seemed to match the place, including the old farm as well.

Huge thanks to special guest for joining me on this little excursion.

If you visit the property, please observe the signs that tell you what is accessible land and what is not. There are only a few buildings near the Swift center that can be visited. Please visit with respect to their rules.

I got to do some adventuring inside yesterday while hearing their ghost stories. Can’t wait to go back!

The original mailbox is still in use today. The bathroom pictured is out of commission but still has all of its original tile and fixtures. Very cool to see!
