Hello traveling nurses. Here's some info about my location. I am walkable to beautiful historic downtown Belmont, loaded with too much charm (is there such a thing? π). Quaint and full of history, buildings were renovated in a way that kept the nostalgia in the air... Handmade locally made bricks used in the bldgs were not torn down to make way for giant condos. No, they were kept original as much as possible. The locals who grew up in the mill days would agree. You have to walk around our downtown to experience it.
What started as a tiny town along the R/R tracks, it quickly grew to a thriving mill town. Today, the charm is undeniable as the newest old-town-vibe around! Historic brick buildings are full of quaint eateries and locally owned shops! Here's a few to get you started:
* Nellie's Southern Kitchen Jonas family-owned restaurant that pays tribute to the idea of family heritage
* Jekyll & Hyde Taphouse and Grill - Historic Belmont a steampunk inspired brewery/restaurant in a 12000sf 1930βs building
* The String Bean casual Southern Bistro complete with a butcher shop, bottle shop and awesome outdoor patio
* Sammy's Pub Family friendly serving quality food & spirits
* Old Stone Steakhouse premium lunch & dinner experience
* Station Fine food & craft beer
* The Everyday Market Patries and local coffee
* Station Fine food, beer, spirits
