This two bedroom cottage is great for a small family or a couple to get away any time of the year! However, due to rural mountain roads and quickly changing weather, a four wheel drive vehicle is strongly encouraged during the winter months. Sleeping Arrangements:

Check in time is 3:00 PM - Check out time is 10:00 AM
Maximum of six guests – minimum rental age is 25 years old
The cottage is non-smoking
Upon your departure, the cottage should be clean (a checklist for cleanliness will be provided) and all food items brought with you to the cottage must be removed
Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM
Fishing licenses / Tenant Owned boat registration is the responsibility of the tenant (PA Fish and Boat Commission rules/regulations apply at Lake Alden)
Any and all damage caused by tenant(s) is the responsibility of the tenant(s)
Lake Alden Association Rules are posted in the cottage and must be followed at all times
Other Notes
The cottage sits on a slope and there are stone stairs from the parking area to the door and from the door down to the lake. Those with limited mobility may have difficulty accessing areas of the property. Motor boats are permitted and can be launched at the public Long Pond boat launch on the opposite side of the lake and docked at the cottage. All Lake Alden and PA Fish and Boat Commission regulations must be followed. Rates

Off-Peak Season Rentals (Labor Day to Memorial Day)
Two night minimum - $170 / night
$75 cleaning fee per stay
Pets are welcome (maximum of 2 cats or dogs) - $50 fee per pet regardless of length of stay
50% deposit required at time of booking (refundable if space can be rented)

$200 cleaning deposit required upon check-in
