Because we were out of power last night, we decided to book a hotel room and at least create an adventure out of the mess. We found a room at the Sayre Mansion in Bethlehem. I cannot recommend this lovely bed and breakfast highly enough. The rooms are immaculate, each one is unique, with antique furniture, and the hosts were super accommodating and friendly (kudos to Timothy). A made to order breakfast was also included. What a gem nestled in the heart of Bethlehem. I will go back for sure, even if the power is on at my house.
