The house is in the final stages of renovation and being furnished now! It will have:
* 2 bedrooms, one king, one queen, and one sofa sleeper in the living room
* all new appliances in the kitchen
* whole house freshley remodeled
* washer and dryer
* 1 1/2 baths with walk in shower (no tub)
* free wifi
* coffee maker, microwave, dvd, 2 tvs, AC, ceiling fans throughout
* pleasant country/suburban neighborhood close to almost everything
* screened patio in back yard leading up to a horse pasture from the neighboring property
* 1 1/2 hrs to Tampa, Orlando, Clearwater, St. Pete area, Gainesville
* lots of local water adventures, Gulf of Mexico, lakes and fresh spring fed rivers
* festivals, wildlife park, archaeological site from extinct Native Americans, nearby air boat tours and horse back riding and so much more!

This is from the Homosassa Wildlife Park. Have you ever seen a manatee in real life? These gentle animals make their winter homes in this part of Florida for the warmer shallow waters the area provides. The wildlife park rehabilitates sick or injured manatee and a lot of other animals to release when ready, or care for as needed. Really cool place to visit.
