Meet “Lured to the Lake”, a new construction cabin near Patoka Lake. She will be ready for short term rentals in a couple months. With an enclosed back porch and sitting on a creek, the cabin’s backyard will be the place to be in all seasons!

We are now making a “dessert” big, soft pretzel…it’s hot, smothered in cinnamon & sugar, and served with warm cream cheese icing for dipping.
IT IS SO GOOD 😍 I paired it with our delicious Sunrise Coffee Stout…….omg, yum!

Came down to check on the hot tub and restock firewood tonight.
The cabin is soooo peaceful and quiet. All we could hear was a deer walking around behind the house.
Even when we come to work on things we don’t want to leave. 🦌

The note this family left in our guest book made me tear up a bit! THIS is what we love about hosting at our little cabin - families like this who come and discover the great things our neck of the woods has to offer. Sounds like they had the perfect fall break! ♥️

I’ve confirmed with the new brewery that they will be open year round (potentially closing one week sometime during the winter TBD). The winery is open year round as well.

Some things around the lake are seasonal, but there will still be plenty to do in the cold, dreary months!

Grab some friends and book a future winter-blues-busting weekend at the cabin! We are popular with couples as well as ladies getaways!

We will have the hot tub heated up for you!😄
