My daughter and I had a great time at Disney's Hollywood Studios yesterday which included an amazing meet and greet with Mickey Mouse!! It was so magical!! We usually pass right by this character greeting at Disney Stars at Red Carpet Dreams, but I am so glad we stopped to have this great experience!
Pro tip!! Stack your Lightning Lane selections for days with late arrivals.
Before I even entered the Magic Kingdom this afternoon I already had 4 Lightning Lane selections!! While I was still in bed in Birmingham Alabama this morning I purchased an Individual Lightning Lane for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and I also purchased Genie+ and made my first Lightning Lane selection for Peter Pan. At 10am as I was boarding my plane for Orlando I selected another Lightning Lane selection for Jungle Cruise. When my plane landed I selected another Lightning Lane selection for Haunted Mansion. The My Disney Experience app will show you when your next Lightning Lane selection time is. I was able to "stack" several attractions so when I arrived at the Magic Kingdom I could immediately start riding some of my favorite attractions!!

I had a fun afternoon and evening park hopping to the Magic Kingdom!!
My feet decided they needed a few extra hours of rest this morning. After a slower start I rode the Skyliner over to Epcot watched the Voices of Liberty again and then went to ride Gran Fiesta since the animatronic Three Caballeros returned yesterday. On the way there I stopped in Germany for a potato pancake with ham, cheese and sour cream. After the I saw the Three Caballeros I walked over to the Pineapple Promenade for a dole whip Fanta float. Then it was time to park hop to the Magic Kingdom!!
This morning I hopped on a bus to Animal Kingdom. My first stop was Dinosaur, followed by It's Tough to Be a Bug, then while I was riding Everest I left my phone in my pocket and all of my emergency contacts got a phone call. Note to self....put your phone in your backpack! Then I watched the winged encounters where macaws fly around the Tree of Life. I also saw several flotillas this morning.
This morning I waved goodbye to Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head as I got on the Skyliner for Disney's Hollywood Studios. My first stop was Tower of Terror. The right was great as always , but sadly the people in my elevator didn't keep their masks on. A cast member told them as we exited the ride that no one on our ride vehicle would get the photo in their Memory Maker photo package because they didn't keep their masks on😢. Mickey and Minnie's Runaway Railway was next, followed by the Frozen Sing-along. The citizens of Arendelle were funnier than normal. Toy Story Mania was calling my name next.
Since I am staying in the 80's section at Pop Century it was only fitting that I finished my day at Epcot with some 80's music!
