My media coverage of AXPONA 2022 expo in Chicago last weekend. Caught three rabbits the same time: experienced incredible sounds of tons of audiophile equipment at one place, made photography of very unusual and exotic pieces and also spend time with the family afterwards. So far my favorite : Focal Maestro Utopia Speakers ($37,999 each) powered by Naim Statement separates ($389,997 total, 3 pieces @ $129,999 each). A Naim NDX2 ($8,799) acted as the source. It is hard to explain this sound with worlds - you need to hear it to get to nirvana state:)

Big City project. Some strange feeling about skyscrapers in Chicago - like you are small creature on the bottom of the ocean looking up to water surface, which you cannot reach. While there are noises and life at your level - up there is a scare dead cosmos silence :) And nobody actually looks up - they live at own level. Reminded me some sci-fi movie. Unfortunately camera could not transfer fully this feeling.
