Bloomingdale fire department wet down was a blast! This was the last water battle between Bloomingdale and Bloomingdale lol fun times! Thanks to everyone who came down and supported your local volunteers.

The BFD Car and Bike Show is next Saturday, July 20, 2024! The will be food, music, and plenty of great cars and bikes! Please be aware the Firemen’s Hall parking lot will be closed for public use from 10 pm Friday June 19, 2024 until the conclusion of the Car & Bike Show on Saturday. If a vehicle is left in the Firemen’s Hall parking lot it will not be able to be moved until the conclusion of the show or may be towed.

Thank you and we hope to see you all there. Admission is free and there will be food available for purchase.

There’s been some very very pushy sales people around Bloomingdale and Butler.

Residents, we have been notified over the past few weeks of solicitors going door to door in Bloomingdale.
If an individual solicits at your home, ask them to see their solicitors permit issued by the Bloomingdale Police Department. If they fail to show you, it’s safe to say they do not have one.
Any/all approved solicitors have a background check completed and are provided with a list of “no knock residents”. If you encounter a solicitor without a permit, please give us a call so we can have an officer respond and verify their identity.

I walked down to my job today because I’m out of commission and recovering from a bilateral hernia surgery. Jacob and the boys have it under control.
