Welcome to THE BEAR’S CREEK RETREAT! This single-story cabin is steps away from the rushing waters of Fightingtown Creek. Soak in the hot tub. Kid-friendly!

*Waterfront, serene, single-story cabin (no interior stairs) *Hot tub overlooking water. *Firepit & fireplace (wood provided). *2 King masters. *Dog friendly. *Trout fishing. *10 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. *Paved roads. *Kid friendly with game room. Wade, tube & trout fish off the private dock. Grill your fresh catch, make s’mores at the fire pit, play yard games. Relax on multiple decks over

looking the creek. Dog-friendly! Private dog park and a gated deck. Easy parking. Paved roads. 6 mins to orchard & winery; 10 minutes to downtown. Two king master bedrooms. Cabin sleeps up tp 6. All bedrooms have attached full bathrooms.

- Master Bedroom 2: King bed, custom rainbow poplar headboard, folding cot for additional sleeping, attached full bathroom
- Bathroom 2: Tub/shower combo with tile surround, custom wood vanity, make-up/shaving mirror
- Game Room/Master Bedroom 3/Game Room: Full-size log-frame futon, cathedral ceiling, games (race car shuffleboard, kid-safe dart board, Super Pac-Man countercade game, tabletop games), 32” Smart TV, DVD player, DVD library, deck access and river view via tempered glass door, attached full bathroom with walk-in shower
- Bathroom 3: Walk-in custom river rock shower, granite countertop, Jack and Jill to living room, full-sized washer dryer closet, make-up/shaving mirror

KITCHEN/DINING
- Kitchen: Cooking and dining essentials, live-edge granite countertops, eat-in breakfast bar with seating for 2, stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher, ice-maker, microwave), toaster, drip coffee maker, instant hot water dispenser, and filtered water from refrigerator
- Dining: Live-edge wood dining table with seating for 6, deck access and river view through French doors

LIVING
- Living: Sofa and loveseat seating, end table, coffee table, wood-burning fireplace with stone-surround (wood provided), 55” Smart TV, DVD player, DVD library
- Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer located in Bathroom 3

OUTDOOR
-All outdoor spaces (except covered front porch and driveway) have Fightingtown Creek view (rushing waters year-round)
- Covered front porch: With keypad entry
- Backyard: Water access via your private dock only steps from the backdoor, and surrounded by mature Hemlock trees. The cabin's views and decks were built around the scenery. Picnic table, 4 Adirondack chairs, and porch swing. Park-style charcoal grill.
- Hot tub deck: Sunken hot tub
- Main Back deck: Outdoor seating for living and dining table with umbrella
- Fire pit: 6 Adirondack chairs for seating
- Creekside deck: Built-in bench seating
- Private dock for water access
- Outdoor Games: Co****le, badminton rackets/birdies, giant wooden yard dice (Yardzee/Yardkle), and horseshoes
- Driveway and additional parking: Paved driveway plus level additional private parking spaces adjacent to driveway entrance
- Driving: All-paved roads from interstate to cabin
- Dog Park: Private dog park, Blue Ridge Private Dog Park, owned by the cabin right across the road (inquire with your hosts about booking)

- Pet bed with washable cover
- Gated back deck
- Optional access to the cabin’s privately owned fenced-in dog park, Blue Ridge Private Dog Park (across the street), $35 for a stay of 3 nights or less or $75 for a stay of 4 nights or more. Private: Just you and your pups. No one else.
- List of nearby dog-friendly activities, shopping, dining is provided
- We welcome up to 2 dogs (no cats or other pets, please, due to owner allergy)
