Taste: Kosher Gourmet Meals by Chef Mikki I’m a proud graduate of the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, MA and am ServSafe (food safety) certified.

My specialty is kosher gourmet food, especially Italian and French cuisine. During my junior year of college, I spent a semester living in Florence, Italy. As an English and art history student, I went to study the humanities – but found myself gravitating towards the local markets and family-owned trattorias. It was in Europe that I realized the incredible role food plays in a culture and became

obsessed with seasonal, high-quality ingredients. Since my travel abroad in 2006, I’ve focused on adapting my favorite recipes for my kosher home and am passionate about cooking for my family and friends. Now, bolstered by an incredible culinary education, I’m offering personal chef services to busy families throughout the Boston area.

A classic - came together quickly while kids were napping at same time (well, for 15 minutes). While it was roasting, I watched a show with my toddler about a middle school boy who imagines dinosaurs all day, every day.

Max loves the show but the baby and I think Dino Dan should seek help for the recurring visions of spinosaurus stampedes on the school playground...
