I spent a year and a half being unemployed in the recession before finally landing the job I've now been at for two years. I can personally say it was the worst experience I've been through, and there are so many others currently experiencing the same situation and worse. I don't ever want to have to go through it again, and I don't want anyone else to have to either. Even in a good economy, it can be hard to find the right position with the right pay, and it can be difficult for employers to find the find the right fit as well. I feel like a lot of my frustration came from dealing with online job hunting and I hated using the existing systems out there as they were just inefficient and not very helpful to my search. But I believe that doing something about my frustration is far better than just complaining about it. I have a background in technology and my father is an engineer, so in my frustration I set out to redesign the very concept of online job hunting. I've formed a competent team to make it happen, and we've began working on the forthcoming website that we've tentatively titled Project Success. We are creating a website that does job searching the right way. Rather than having to pick through thousands of jobs and contracts that have already been applied to by thousands of people, we strive to build a system that matches you with the right position, so that by the time you are going in for an interview you know that you are one of the top candidates for the job, rather than having to waste all your time sending out resumes fruitlessly and heading off for interviews where you are one of over a hundred candidates. We want to help you get back into the right job as quickly as possible. For businesses looking to hire, we want to offer you a platform where the footwork is handled for you quicker, more efficiently, and at a fraction of the cost of what a recruiter would cost you. We want you to be able to get the worker you need when you need it and we want you to be able to save enough money in doing so that you ultimately decide that you can afford to hire more employees as a result of the savings. We're not an online job board like all the other sites out there. We're going to be an online recruiting system that works like nothing you've seen before, and we want to help you get the right people in your company!
