It is grey and wet again today with more snow coming tonight, but soon summer will be here! The crew was busy the last couple weeks building a large shelter in a new park in the Northfield development at Stapleton. This neighborhood was once the north end of the runways of Stapleton International Airport, now this is a new park across from an elementary school!

Long Pine Grove in Denver is the latest neighborhood park we have installed structures in. We have been working as we can through the shutdown to help make great places to relax and play in the coming summer months!

Our Neighborhood Park at Painted Prairie project is moving right along! Over the last few months, we have:

✅ Completed this storybook-worthy, unique wood play area – specially crafted by Beanstalk Builders
✅ Laid sod
✅ Installed large and small pavilion structures in the promenade area and throughout the park - shout out to our friends at Shelter Specialist, LLC!
✅ Placed various shrubs, trees and site furnishings throughout the park
✅ Placed concrete embankment slides in the Arroyo

Special thanks to our dedicated project team for all their outstanding work. We can’t wait to share the end result!
