Take walks along our private half-mile driveway and through the manicured pine forest across the lake. Numerous hiking and biking trails and dirt roads are available on the surrounding hills, as well as throughout the valley below. The Catskill Scenic Trail is a rail-to-trail that starts at the bottom of Scutt Mountain and runs alongside the Little Delaware River to the scenic town of Stamford. A nature preserve run by the local college is only 10 minutes away. Local maple syrup, honey and jam are available along many nearby roads.

The play area has a tree house, slide, swing, tandem swing, trapeze and bench swing. The lake has a small sandy beach, two stand-up paddleboards and a row boat. Life jackets for adults and children, as well as beach toys, are available for all.

The upper level of the house has three bedrooms, one of which includes a loft for extra sleeping space, and two full bathrooms. The lower level boasts a huge master bedroom with en suite full bathroom, and leads out onto a beautiful stone patio overlooking a flower rock garden. The lower level also includes a rec room with ping pong table and foosball table, and a laundry room with two sets of high-efficiency washers and dryers.
