Today was another wonderful day! JFK Library, Lexington and Concord..you really appreciate our country's history when you see the sites and walk the grounds!! Our guide was outstanding and very knowledgeable!!! The towns seem so quaint and are just beautiful and the trees are prettier everyday..

What a wonderful day with a great group of old friends and new friends!!! Salem (the white house where they filmed Hocus Pocus, the Gray house is the Witch house where they filmed some Bewitched episodes) Gloucester, Manchester By The Sea, Cape Ann and Rockport!! Absolutely beautiful scenery and homes!!! My first Lobster Roll (delicious), and our night ended with a fun party with a fantastic dj!!!! This girl couldn't ask for more..

As the morning begins, I have to be Thankful for my blessings..yesterday our Journey to Boston, Salem and Cape Ann began..we have a great group, wonderful bus and great bus driver. We stopped for lunch and our bus driver backed into a post. Everyone was ok..no one hurt..I heard my friend holler there is a pole and that was that. I felt so sorry for our bus driver and of course my passengers. He called his bus line and I had to call Diamond Tours. Everyone involved were on it..I can't say enough about both companies! My company said..Ms. Cindy..you are not the first leader this has happened to and you wont be the last. Be very thankful it was not a wreck on the highway...no one is hurt...you are not sitting on the side of the road putting you all in more danger, you have restaurants and bathrooms available. My tour group is located in Fort Myers FL..she said most had evacuated and she would be soon as well..she said you have my cell number, but dont know if we will have service...it stopped me in my tracks...I realized..we were ok but so many would not be. They sent a rescue bus to bring us to our hotel. Our driver arrived late last night with another bus and we will be on the road again..did this trip start the way i expected..certainly NOT..and the challenges were a struggle..having to unload and reload our things twice! I apologized to my passengers so much, but they realized it was just a freak accident and we couldn't help it..they were extremely wonderful!! Thank You everyone for your understanding and pitching in to help! One told me..they believe things happen for a reason and I am a Firm BELIEVER on that!! There were so many things that I know God has us..the rescue bus driver...lived in the town where it happened..BELIEVE..and CARRY ON!!

Wow!! I am so BLESSED!! My first trip in the books..Mackinaw Island..completed!! What a fun trip with a great bunch of old friends and new friends!! We had beautiful weather, a wonderful bus driver, going thru Soo Locks was amazing, beautiful sunrises and sunsets and saw so much splendor of God's beauty! My group Definitely surprised me with a very nice gift at the end! You all didn't have to do that and we appreciate it very much and are very grateful!!! Look forward to the next one!! Hope you all had a wonderful time and thank you for going! Love ya'll ❤️
