Made pecan pie filling, jellied cranberry sauce (excited about this one), and the coolest of all is Liquid Gold BBQ sauce - made from my left over candied jalapeno juice. It’s so good. 💯

Spiced Pear Chutney, Preserved Pears, Pickled Beets, and still in the crockpot is Salted Caramel Pear Butter. Used up all the pears! 🍐
Smells like fall in my house ! 🍁

I was given a really generous amount of Florida Sand Pears so today I made cinnamon pear jam and canned pear chunks in cinnamon sugar water to preserve them and use for many recipes in the kitchen. In the pot still cooking is vanilla pear butter.
To use the rest of them, next Sunday I will make a spiced pear chutney, caramelized pear pie filling, & salted caramel pear butter.
Fall canning season is upon us 🍁🍐

Instant hummus in a jar… garlic hummus! When you want it open a jar drain some of the liquid out and dump in a food processor and you have fresh hummus.
Ingredients: garbanzo beans, toasted sesame seeds, garlic, & lemon juice
So good with fresh veggies, crackers, & pretzels 😋
